Will demonstrate in-depth functional knowledge of AMC airlift operations and is highly proficient with utilizing GATES applications. An ideal candidate will possess over eight years of experience serving within an Aerial Port, Air Mobility Squadron, Air Transportation Function (ATF), or Contingency Response Wing (CRW) with routine exposure to manual and automated air manifesting procedures, pax service operations, anti-hijacking screening, mishandled baggage processing, and ITV systems to include—but not limited to—GATES, IGC, GDSS, e-APIS, and e-Secure Flight (eSF). An Air Transportation Data Analyst will initially possess a basic understanding of APS/AMS Data Records functions and will be trained to efficiently troubleshoot and/or resolve TWCF reconciliation requirements. An associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred, however, the OTS Team will prioritize logistics experience and/or the attendance of a 2T2/2T0 technical school. Air Transportation (2T2) subject matter expertise and intermediate computer literacy are paramount to promptly resolving manifesting, passenger vetting, workload reporting, and GATES-user issues experienced 24/7 by the global Port Dawg community.
