U.S. Air Force Defense Enterprise Accounting & Management System (DEAMS) Support, Maxwell/Gunter AFB

OTS performed administration duties for Oracle 11i EBS, Weblogic, SOA Suite, Single Sign-On, BPEL, Discoverer, TAM, RMAN, RAC, and Grid Control technologies for the DEAMS application in the GCSS-AF Development environment. The OTS Engineering Team was successful in planning, implementing, and upgrading the Oracle 11i infrastructure. We provided sizing for multiple environments, applied required Oracle patches, implemented and maintained database and application security. Performed daily backups and recovered databases in event of any data corruption. Managed Oracle Internet Directory(OID) and Single Sign-On(SSO) implementations.

OTS Provides Oracle Applications DBA support for the Military Personnel Data System (MilPDS) operations while preparing for the Integrated Personnel and Pay System (IPPS). This support includes Oracle HR maintenance detection and repair of Oracle databases and e- Business Suite applications environments in R12.2.4 and R12.1.1 in a highly visible 24/7 mission critical environment.

OTS provides IT Enterprise Messaging and Architecture support to the Alabama Centralized Email (ACE) messaging team at the Alabama Department of Finance . We provide expert level guidance on IT issues relating to Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012, Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Services and Exchange Online/365. The team also provides advice on maintaining the AD/Messaging infrastructure to support Exchange and EaaSSupport Mobile Device Management (MDM) including Blackberry Enterprise Server, Active Sync for Office 365 for the Exchange environment.

OTS Engineers provided technical support services to the CMOS program. Technical services include desktop support, multiple operating system installations, and VMWare support. Managed Hand Held Technologies (HHTs), RF Devices, and other local area Network System Administration related functions.


RPM Pizza, Office 365 Architecture & Support

                                                                                 OTS provides architecture and ongoing maintenance and support for the Office 365 tenant of RPM Pizza, North America’s largest Domino’s Pizza franchise. Support includes deployment and implementation services for Exchange Online, Sharepoint Online, and Teams; Microsoft Exchange Online administration including spam filtering, mailbox migration, data retention policy, message tracking, transport rules, and mobile management; SharePoint Online administration including site setup and design, data management, site collections, retention policies, and disaster recovery; Account management and authentication services, SSO, ADFS, and Azure AD Connect.


OTS Engineers provided Microsoft support on the GCSS-AF project. Windows/IBM/ Database Administrator: Design, implement and support Active Directory, Unix, Oracle, and IBM environments for military environment. Managed and maintained large Microsoft Windows Active Directory environments, Microsoft server applications (SQL Server 2005, Internet Information Services, SharePoint 2007, BizTalk 2006, etc.), third party products on Windows, high availability services, and security in DoD environments. Addressed Security Technical Implementation Guide(STIG) findings created by application installations.
