This leadership role will include 100% of the functional air mobility and GATES experience previously outlined for an Air Transportation Data Analyst. Additionally, member will possess the skillset to organize, train, and equip the RMRC staff while creating an effective team environment, building strong relationships, resolving conflicts, managing resources in a matrix environment, communicating, and influencing effectively at all levels of the organization. At a minimum, a candidate will provide over 8 years of Logistics or 2T2/605 Air Transportation experience, 4 years of Program Management (PM) experience, and a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Management, and/or Information Technology. Advanced certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) will be highly desired. Member will be knowledgeable about Program Management and contractor requirements to include—but not limited to—Statements of Work (SOWs), Performance Works Statements (PWS), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), Program Support Agreements (PSA), as well as applicable transportation regulations and instructions (e.g. DTR & AFI 24-605). A Lead Air Transportation Data Analyst will be expected to represent AMC/A4TI and the OTS Team while serving as the HQ AMC focal point for all data collection, input, analysis, presentation, and record keeping of manifesting activities at all designated APS/AMS/ATF sites.
